Get that Friday Feeling this week

Coda launches two new workshops for children and young people with disabilites and learning differences this Friday.

Both workshops use music to create fun, creative, action packed sessions suitable for a whole range of abilities.

Drumming Together is an African percussion workshop that promises to be noisy, using beautiful Djembe drums to create funky rhythms. It runs from 5pm to 6pm and starts Friday 11th March. Earlier in the afternoon, That Friday Feeling offers stories, music and songs, all rolled into one for children aged between 7 and 15 yrs (though this is just a guide). The workshop will explore traditional tales and use simple percussion and tuned instruments and singing to make music.

Both workshops cost £2 per participant and siblings, parents and carers are welcome to join in for free.
