Art Therapy
Everyone deserves a safe space to express themselves, especially when words feel too big, or too hard to find.
Coda is pleased to present our brand new, dedicated Art Therapy studio, where adults and children alike can be gently guided by one of our fully qualified Art Psychotherapists.
Art Therapy at Coda builds trust and positive relationships in a calm setting. Feelings, fears, and thoughts that are hard to express in words can be shared through arts and craft. This creative expression is then explored with the therapist to help work through challenges.
Our Art Therapy sessions support:
School-age children (in school or alternative provision)
Children, young people & adults experiencing mental health challenges
People with learning differences & neurodiversity
Disabled people
Adults & elders living with memory loss or health issues
Sessions from £60, 1-1 or in small groups

Understanding Art as Therapy at Coda
Through the use of Art Therapy, Coda aims to change the lives of adults and children with mental health and wider social issues.
Creative exercises can help us to better understand our emotions and challenges. You don’t need to be good at art – it’s all about the process.
