Coda exists to create lasting, positive change in our community by providing inclusive access to high quality arts, music, and wellbeing programmes. We believe this has the power to change lives.

Why Your Support Matters

Coda Music and Arts Trust is a Registered Charity
(No. 1068710), originally incorporated in 1997. Over the past three decades, we have worked with a wide range of partners and supporters to establish our place in the local community as a hub for music and the arts.

Every penny truly matters. Your support helps us devise and deliver rich, meaningful cultural services that engage thousands of local people each year.

Like many charities, we rely on a diverse funding model: grants from public and private bodies, donations and legacies, and earned income from our activities and contracts for public services.

Our Supporters

In 2025/2026 we would like to thank some key supporters of our work.

End Of the Road Festival

Our relationship with one of the greatest festivals on the planet, goes back over a decade. Held annually at the beautiful Larmer Tree Gardens, EOTR raises funds from Festival attendees to support both Coda and War Child to continue the work we do locally and across the globe.

The Thomas Deane Trust

Thomas Deane Trust is a small, family-run charity supporting organisations by making grants for projects that chime with the interests of the founders. We are honoured to have received the largest grant in the Trust’s history in support of Coda’s key health and wellbeing programmes in 2026.

Barton-on-Sea Golf Club

In 2025/26 we are delighted to be the nominated charity of the exceptional local golf club at Barton on Sea. We are hugely grateful to the Men’s, Ladies and Veterans Captains, and all Club members for the fundraising on behalf of our charity.

Arts Council England

Following their support for our capital programme in recent years, the national body for the arts in England have invested in an Early Years initiative here at Coda, through their Projects funding scheme. Throughout 2026 we will be developing our work with children aged 0-4 years, with the aim of becoming a centre of excellence in early years creativity for the region.
