End of Term Wrap Up, 2025

As we reach the end of the academic year, we wanted to take a moment to reflect on everything that’s happened at Coda.

After the launch of our new gallery space back in September 2024, we have welcomed a fantastic range of artists and exhibitions, alongside hosting creative workshops and retreats for all ages and abilities. It’s been amazing to be able to open up the space for the local community to access the arts.

Our music programme continues to grow, with our Street Band, evening music groups, and a record number of students taking lessons across a wide range of instruments.

We’ve also continued to develop our therapy work, delivering both music and art-based support. If you’ve been following us you’ll know that we’ve continued our visits to Ward 5 RBH, bringing music to those in hospital. We have worked with Soundstorm on the ‘Don’t Worry, Be Happy’ project in 5 SEND schools across BCP to great success. We have increased our work with people with Parkinson’s, grown both our music and art therapy services, and continued to run our Creative Wellbeing groups, supporting mental health through creativity.

As always, we’re incredibly proud of the work we do and the community we have built here! Keep following us to see what exciting things next Term brings.

We’re open throughout the summer with workshops and exhibitions, so check out what’s on and do pop in and get involved!
