Music for Wellbeing
Our Music for Wellbeing programme at Coda offers a wide range of inclusive musical opportunities designed to support health and wellbeing.
From choirs and group music-making to music technology and one-to-one instrumental tuition, we provide accessible, engaging activities for children, young people, and adults.
We have particular expertise in working with people living with disability, long-term health conditions, or additional needs. Our programmes are designed not only to support participants, but also to benefit families, carers, and the wider community - creating opportunities for connection, creativity, and shared experience.
Alongside lessons with experienced and specialist tutors, we deliver sessions in community settings including care homes, day centres, and partner organisations, as well as at the Coda Music Centre.
Beautiful Sounds
Beautiful Sounds is weekly music workshops for adults with learning differences. These fun and sociable sessions offer an opportunity to play a range of instruments and sing together with our learning disabled community.
Music for Older People
This musical programme supports individuals in residential care and community settings, including those living with Dementia. The sessions help individuals to reconnect with memories, express themselves, and engage meaningfully with others.
